Membership
The enjoyment of golf depends a great deal on the co-operation, consideration and courtesy exhibited by fellow competitors. What is true of the game also applies to Club Membership. The spirit and image of a golf club is projected by the way fellow members show respect, courtesy and consideration for one another. This courtesy and consideration should extend to the choice of dress generally, and the standard of conduct on the course and in the clubhouse.

*Country Members
- must be a full playing financial member of an affiliated Golf Club to the New Zeland Golf Association and their principal place of residence must be outside the provincial district of Hawkes Bay.

Visitors please note that advance green fee bookings are not available on Tuesday - Thursday - Friday - Saturday throughout the season (end Feb - end Nov). These days are for members only.
Green Fee bookings are available for Sunday - Monday - Wednesday throughout the season.
Members should introduce themselves to the Office before taking advantage of these rights. Production of your Club Membership Card is essential.
Dress
The standards of a Golf Club may be judged by the etiquette of its Members.
The Committee expects that members wishing to use the facilities of the club would dress according to the regulations as listed in the clubhouse. This applies to the course as well as the lounge.
Please note:

That jandals, non-dress jeans, beachwear etc, are not regarded as respectable dress for the Golf Club. |
| (ii) |
That any member who brings a guest to Club must ensure that he or she is dressed accordingly. |
| (iii) |
The General Manager is empowered to refuse access to persons incorrectly dressed. |
Subscriptions
Annual subscriptions shall be payable in two instalments. The first insalment payable on or before 31st October and the balance due on or before 30th April of the current subscription.
Non Payment
No member shall be entitled to compete in any competition or participate in any privileges of the Club if the subscription has not been paid or arrangements made with the office by the first club competition day. The Board shall have power to cancel the membership of any such member.
The Club operates under a Club Licence and as such must abide by the rules laid down by this licence. We expect that at all times the conduct of members in the Clubhouse would in no way infringe the club's right to hold such a licence.
