Farewell Dylan
Allow images
It was with absolute pleasure to present Dylan with $2,000 to assist towards his upcoming US College journey.

Thanks to all members that participated in the stableford competition over the last few weeks and those that purchased raffle tickets.

The winner of the stableford competition was Andy Kupa who won a new golf bag thanks to SpecialTee Golf.

Grant Cullen and Ed Connolly won the first two prizes of the raffle taking home three bottles of Trinity Hill wines and $150 Waipawa Butchery voucher.  Thanks to our sponsors for these items.  A big thank you to Joe Tuoro for donating a dozen golf balls as a third prize which was won by Ken Nicholson.

Dylan was overwhelmed by the support and shares the following message:

Thank you to everyone involved in organising this fundraiser.  All these years I've been a member here I've always felt welcomed and supported by everyone.  I never expected anything like this to happen so I am super grateful for you to go out of your way to do this for me.
I am really excited to begin the next chapter of my life when I leave on Sunday to head to Missouri Southern State University.

We look forward to hearing from you Dylan and sharing your progress, good luck!

Forestry Harvest

The forestry harvest will commence on Monday, 2 August and there are a few important points members need to adhere to.

Driveway Access
If a logging truck is coming towards you please pull over.  They must go directly down the centre of the driveway due to the width of the trucks.

Speed limit on the driveway must be kept to under 15km

4th Green Access
There will be an access point for the trucks behind the 4th green.  Please take extreme care heading to the 5th tee.

There will be an estimated 20 truck movements during the day in/out with most done between 5:00am - 8:30am and the balance throughout the day.

Grassed Areas
If you park around the East Trundler and Cart Sheds please ensure your vehicle is parked well off the roadway.

The grassed areas at the end of the putting green and around the 4th tee must be kept clear at all times so the trucks and access the road comfortably.  These areas will be 'coned off' from Monday for approx. two weeks.

Divot Damage
There remains to be a significant amount of divot damage on our course.  Please be vigilant and repair yours and one other during the course of your round.

Every divot repaired early helps to preserve the course conditions.
