We still require some assistance from members during the NZ Strokeplay next week to meet our requirements for scoring and spotting responsibilities.  If you're able to offer a morning on Thursday or Sunday or, an afternoon Saturday or Sunday please do get in touch ASAP.

We appreciate the members that have offered to help out, this is our last NZ Golf commitment for a while. 

 

The course will be closed next week 11-15 March 2020 but do come and watch some of NZ's best men and women amateur players.

A little surprisingly, kills for the first two months of this year are significantly up on the overall average run-rate for last year.  We seem to have had an "explosion" of mice and hedgehogs on the course, the mice particularly being caught in "grassy" locations.   Two stoats and two ferrets have also been caught and rat numbers about the same.  Bird life seems to be blooming though with lots of quail being seen and the seed and nectar feeders very popular!

Entries are now open for the Ronald McDonald House Charities Member/Guest Tournament (and member/member).  This has been extremely popular and full for the previous two tournaments, so do get in touch to confirm your spot!

Jones Fourball & Mulholland Cup

 

Draws have been done for both these competitions.  The Pro Shop have booked round 1 matches.  Please if you can play prior to deadline dates this would be beneficial.

Remember, it is the responsibility of the person named FIRST in the bracket to arrange a match.
