In recent updates from the club captains members have been reminded about raking bunkers.  This is an image of the 17th bunker taken last Friday and on a day when only members had played in the field.

 

Please, please rake the bunker as you exit to ensure the surface is adequate for the players following you. How would feel if your ball ended up in this?

Please get your entries in for the Mid-Winter Feast.

 

Open to all players and visitors and don't hesitate to invite some friends along. 

Please do not take the range ball buckets home or put in the boot of your car.  There have been a number lost recently and this is causing a few issues.

 

The Tattersall Dixon entry sheet is up on the mixed notice board, please get your entries in.

 

Jones Fourball competition is now down to the semi-finals, good luck to those involved.

 

Tee Sheet Bookings

If your name is in the start sheet and you are not going to make your tee time, please do contact the pro shop to get your name removed from the sheet and free up this space.  It is also appreciated that names are not placed on the sheet to 'hold' spots.  The tee times are a premium and any no-shows makes it difficult to get games for people.

 

A further reminder that games should be played in 4's not 5's. 

 

Driving Range grassed area

The ropes on the driving range are to identify the areas that are currently ok to hit range balls from.  Moving these around ensure turf preservation.  If the areas outside of the ropes are used when not marked the result will mean the whole area will be closed again until the turf recovers.  Please respect this.
