Upcoming Changes to Tee Time Bookings from 1 May
This is a friendly reminder that from 1 May, updates to our tee time booking system will come into effect as part of the upcoming trial.
What’s changing:
- Tee times will be customised for members, with a focus on greater flexibility and inclusivity
- Booking access will be gender-neutral where appropriate, allowing members to play more easily with partners, friends, and mixed groups
- Visitor availability has been refined, helping ensure improved access and utilisation for members while still accommodating guest play
Importantly, competition structures and key events will remain protected where required, and members can continue to play in their usual groups if they wish.
This trial is designed to improve:
- Fair access to tee times
- Overall utilisation of the course
- Flexibility for all members
As a reminder, this is a trial period, and member feedback will continue to play an important role as we monitor how the changes are working in practice.
