We have a big weekend coming up with the 90th Hastings Open being played.  A field of 72 players will be participating and this is also a NZ Order of Merit event.

We are pleased to advise Napier Golf Club have kindly offered complimentary golf to our members for the weekend. Please contact their Pro Shop direct to make bookings.  Hastings will return the favour later in the year when the Kapi Tareha is on.

 

Do you know any ladies or juniors keen to give golf a go? Bring them to our Intro Day this Saturday, 26th January starting at 1:30pm.

 

Ladies will participate in a SheLovesGolf clinic at the driving range and receive a goodie bag courtesy of LoveGolf. The juniors will head to the Short Course for their clinics.  Both are being delivered by our PGA Professionals.

 

The Seniors Championship is coming up 7-10 February 2019.

 

We are in need of trundlers for participants to use during the week.  If you are able to lend yours out please get in touch with the Pro Shop.

 

Also still looking for volunteers to assist with various tasks during the tournament.  Please get in touch with Ian Shears if you can help out over the three days.

A reminder the course will be closed for coring 11-13 February 2019.

 

During this time the Pro Shop will be closed all three days and Fairways will be closed Mon/Tues and open Weds 9:00am - 2:00pm.  The office will be open.

Thanks to everyone who has come forward already and donated funds towards a trap from our email last week. We are well on our way and just have a further 20 required.
