Gosh hard to believe it is the end of the Month, and we still have not seen much sunshine. I had the privilege of playing in the Newbigin Foursomes on Sunday with Jim and Louise Newbigin. Jim’s mother donated this trophy 70 years ago, so it has a lot of history. Jim recently celebrated his 91^st Birthday and is still playing great golf and setting an example to all, that Golf is a game for all ages. As you can see below the Club will be busy with various end of year competitions and events coming up, I look forward to seeing you supporting them.

This is held on Tuesday 23^rd November and will be Teams of 6 Ambrose competition with a Twist. It is open to all 18 and 9 Hole Club members including Quiet Day Members. Suzelles Shootout Finals Day - Sunday 27^th November

Finals day is looming, and the top positions are being hotly contested for the 18- & 9-hole Suzelles sponsored Shootout. Get your cards in to qualify.

Pencil in your diaries for this 2nd challenge for our coveted Trophy. It is a Stableford team competition and a great chance to met fellow members.

9 Hole – 5 Club Challenge – Wednesday 30^th November

Edna Farrell 18h - Christmas Cheer – Tuesday 6^th December

Pencil in your diaries Tuesday 6^th December. 8.30am Shotgun Start. This is open to  all 18 Hole players including Quiet Day members. Format: Individual Competition 18 Holes – Best Individual Stableford wins Edna Farrell Salver. Plus, a Team Competition 18 holes – teams of four players. Team prize for team with best stablefords (total of best 3 of 4 players on each hole.)

9h Christmas Cheer – Wednesday 7^th December

This annual Christmas Cheer function for all our 9 Hole members. Details will be posted closer to the date.
