Dear Guest,

Thank you all for your continued support to help host our Napier and Maraenui friends. It’s lovely to see so many ladies out and playing golf, enjoying our fabulous facilities and golf course, not to mention the interaction with our club members, and being social in our Fairways Cafe. I know myself; Christine, Jane and Vicki very much appreciate it.

Please see the same document above with the names of those that have qualified. If you do not wish to participate, please get in touch with the Pro Shop by Friday 24th March. The draw will then be created and posted in the Women’s locker room on Saturday.

This Week

We have 15cm Placing only on own mown fairway – Local Rules Board located outside Men’s locker room. It is also located on your scorecard. It can change day by day so please make sure you are aware of what is in place before you tee off.

Our 18-hole ladies finished their last round of Qualifying for Campbell Cup today.

Our 9 hole ladies, start first round of the Sue Bunt Salver LGU (Home links) – means a NZ wide golf competition. If you want to Putt out everything, count every stroke then click “Yes” to comp when collecting a card.

If not, then happy golfing, pick up when you reach 10 strokes, or 0 stableford points, then walk to green take a drop on the green and have a putt with your friends, have a laugh and have fun!

When playing an LGU event, it means you’re playing Nett.  You must putt everything out. At the end of your round, add your score up, then minus your course handicap. Which equals your Nett score.

Shoot Out Competition

If you are a lady who likes to Putt everything out, then this is the competition for you. $10 entry, and $2 per card to enter. Only 4 of your best cards count. Open to 9 and 18 hole players just get your partner to sign your card to prove you have obeyed the rules. (Count every shot till in the hole) and you have entered. New. Newish members are encouraged to participate in this event. A great way to get involved in competitions.

Have a giggle, have a go. If you qualify then the final is 3pm Sunday 24th November.

Kind regards
