Wallace Development NZ PGA Championship

What a week!  

Hosting this prestigious tournament last week at the club was truely a showcase in so many ways.  Many compliments were shared during the week on the high quality of the course, in particular our greens, and overall experience and welcoming reception the particpants received.

No tournament can be executed without the assistance of volunteers.  Thank you to each and every one of you that gave up your time over the four days to ensure we met requirements.  From referees, starters, spotting, refreshments, and our members that opened their homes to billets, every bit of support was appreciated.

Lastly, and certainly not least, an acknowledgement to our team. Everyone contributed to the successful execution of the tournament and the huge build up beforehand in their own way.  Some long hours and committment to ensure we provided the best level of experience to those visiting and the overall success of the week.  The teamwork and staff culture that we've created shone through from every individual.

Scan the QR codes that have been added to the tables outside the Pro Shop and also scattered throughout the clubhouse to take you directly to the new storefront to order. 

The ordering process is seamless and the available menu options will appear for you.  Once you are happy with your order click through the checkout process with one tap and the order is sent directly to the kitchen. 

Your order will be delivered to the table you scanned from.

COURSE CLOSED NEXT WEEK

A reminder the course will be closed all next week for maintenance.  This is Monday 18 March to Friday 22 March inclusive.  

Fairways Cafe|Bar will be closed Monday-Tuesday and reopen Wednesday - Friday 9:00am - 3:00pm. 

Pro Shop will be closed all week. 

Office will be open all week.

You may use the member side practice range with your own golf balls but please don't go on the course, even at night as there may be setup from the greenkeepers ready for the next day.

There will also be a bit of maintenance being done around the clubhouse and surrounds which is scheduled for Mon/Tues. If you need your clubs please call out as early as possible to collect these.
